1. Service Description

INDIANAROMAFLAVOURS LIMITED provides an online food ordering service for authentic Indian cuisine. We offer both delivery and collection (pickup) options through our website ( indianaromaflavours.co.uk). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ordering Process

  • Browse our menu and add items to your basket
  • Choose delivery or collection at checkout
  • Provide your contact details and delivery address (if applicable)
  • Complete payment via card (Stripe) or select cash on delivery
  • Receive order confirmation with an estimated preparation time

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed or, for cash on delivery orders, once we accept the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
  • Prices include VAT at the applicable rate (currently 20%)
  • Delivery charges may apply and are shown at checkout
  • We accept card payments (processed securely via Stripe) and cash on delivery
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price shown at the time of ordering

4. Delivery and Collection

Delivery

  • Delivery is available within our specified delivery area
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed
  • A minimum order value may apply for delivery orders
  • Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain threshold
  • You must provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the order

Collection

  • Collection orders can be picked up from our premises at the estimated time
  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting
  • Uncollected orders will be held for a reasonable period before being disposed of

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once food preparation has started, cancellation is not possible.
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@indianaromaflavours.co.uk
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

6. Allergen Information

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: nuts, peanuts, sesame, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, soya, and mustard.

While we take care to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before placing your order.

Allergen information displayed on our menu is provided for guidance only and should not be relied upon as a definitive list. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies when ordering.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to severe weather, traffic, or supply issues
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of INDIANAROMAFLAVOURS LIMITED and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
